|  Something of a jewel in a green setting, Grove Isle is spacious and elegantly landscaped. Close to the Indian River at Vero Beach, it is a gated community with swimming pools, tennis courts, a boat launching ramp, two club houses, and a 46 acre Nature Preserve.
Grove Isle, as the name suggests, was a grapefruit grove with natural spring fed lakes used for irrigation. The property covers many acres of which some 46 acres are retained in their natural state. There is a mix of first or second floor condos plus 24 Villas and 39 Homes.
The first thing that strikes you as you enter Grove Isle is the lush landscaping and the open space! Buildings are never too close to each other and this affords great views with most overlooking one of our five beautiful lakes.
